Will children be allowed to attend?

We love and cherish the children of our friends and family, but we are planning a mostly child-free weekend. Exceptions will be made for nursing mothers with babies under one year old and for the children of our siblings. We hope this event gives parents a chance to unwind and enjoy a relaxing, child-free experience.

Will I be allowed to bring a plus one?

To keep our wedding weekend intimate, we have limited plus ones to significant others we have had the pleasure of getting to know and love. If you have a plus one, they will be included on your formal invitation.

Will there be transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

For our guests staying in the accommodations recommended we will have transportation to and from the wedding. The transportations service will pick up from your accommodation on a schedule that we will share with all of you closer to the day. We will have transportation back to the accommodation throughout the evening for those who would like to get back to their accommodation before the wedding festivities conclude.

For those not staying at the accommodations recommended, please reach out to us and we will assist with transportation if needed.

Are there any other events taking place during the wedding weekend?

For those guest traveling from out of town we will have a welcome party the day before the wedding and a recovery brunch by the pool the morning after the wedding. More details to follow.

When should I RSVP by?

An RSVP deadline will be included in your formal invitation. However, we kindly encourage you to RSVP as soon as you know whether you will be attending. This will help us better plan for the wedding weekend festivities.

What is the wedding attire?

Black-Tie Optional with a Splash of Color

We would love for you to embrace elegant attire with a vibrant twist! While formal black-tie attire is welcome, we encourage our guests to incorporate a splash of color into their looks to celebrate the joyous occasion. Think classic with a colorful flair.

What if I cannot make it to Italy?

While we would love for all of our friends and family to come celebrate with us, we understand that for some of our out of town guest the journey to Italy is not feasible. We will be hosting a small celebration ahead of our wedding in Ariel’s hometown of San Antonio that we would love for you to attend if that is more feasible. Details forthcoming.
